INCUBATOR PROGRAM
In partnership with educators, FSF can create after-school or summer programs where students collaborate to design business ventures and present them in a “Shark Tank” style showcase.
FSF ENTREPRENEUR-IN-RESIDENCE PROGRAM
Provide selected young entrepreneurs with structured mentorship, workspace access (via co-working partnerships), and startup funding to refine their ventures.

CONFERENCE
An annual conference bringing together students, mentors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to celebrate cultural diversity, showcase projects, and share best practices for business success.
DIVERSITY
IN BUSINESS FELLOWSHIP
A year-long fellowship that supports underrepresented entrepreneurs (women, minorities, immigrants) with mentorship, financial stipends, and networking opportunities.
TEACHER & COACH
DEVELOPMENT GRANTS
Support educators, coaches, and mentors who integrate entrepreneurship and leadership development into their classrooms or community programs.
FSF SUCCESS PATHWAY
DIGITAL HUB
An online platform with courses, mentorship matchmaking, networking forums, and grant/scholarship opportunities—designed to expand FSF’s reach nationally.

Pair students and aspiring entrepreneurs with business leaders, coaches, and mentors who provide one-on-one guidance, career navigation, and leadership coaching.

BOOTCAMP
Short-term, practical workshops (finance basics, marketing strategy, business planning, sales, pitching) to equip participants with hands-on knowledge outside traditional education.
CULTURAL HERITAGE

Scholarships and recognition for individuals who celebrate and honor their ancestral lineage while pursuing entrepreneurial or leadership excellence.
